Vermont police capture assault suspect
SWANTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Police have captured a St. Albans man wanted in a Swanton assault. Vermont State Police say Nicholas Hale, 26, is the suspect in a domestic assault in the area of Elm Street on June 23. Troopers say Hale ran away before they arrived to arrest him on June 27.
