A 9-month-old baby's overdose on fentanyl is believed to have been caused by a bag of drugs a visitor accidentally dropped on the floor of the apartment, police said. Police traced the drugs back to a 30-year-old man from Proctorsville, Vermont, who they said was visiting his son — who was not the victim — when he reportedly accidentally dropped the bag of drugs, as reported by WMUR.
