Border West football serves community by cleaning Beardsley city park
Each summer, the Border West football program provides community service opportunities for their players. A group of 15 players just completed their first community service project of the summer by traveling to Beardsley to help clean up the city park. The team also helped set up for the Grant County Fair July 13 in Herman. The boys worked hard and were awarded with pizza, cold beverages and home made bars. “A big thanks to Kayla Holt for the invite and for providing us with the opportunity to give back to our football community,” Border West head coach James Paul said.
