West Virginia Real Estate Listing Goes Viral For Double-Wide Trailer With An Indoor Pool

And who said rednecks can’t have nice things?

I mean, talk about maximizing your space. I am a SUCKER for some good Zillow finds, from the cute and historic houses to the creepy listings; a good deep dive on any real estate listing site is always a good idea. Because of my love for home listings, my social media feeds are filled with real estate finds, and today, as I was doing my daily morning scroll, I stumbled upon a gem.

A TikTok user found a double-wide mobile home for sale in West Virginia for the low price of 165,000.

But what makes this double-wide so unique? It has an indoor pool, and if I had to guess, it is probably the only double-wide trailer in the nation with an indoor pool. It appears from the images that the front trailer has all the living space, and the second trailer attached to the other is where the pool resides… it’s technically more of a single wide with a weird addition.

A door in the kitchen connects the light wood-finished home to the indoor pool, which is quite an impressive size. The blue aquatic room has a waterslide and diving board, which makes me wonder how deep this pool is. Regardless, who needs a waterpark when you can visit your neighbors at the trailer park?

The internet had a heyday in the comments of this video, and the general consensus is that everyone wants to recreate this West Virginia gem. Innovation at its finest.

    “I want it so bad.”

“Bro, that house is 10 minutes away from me, and I’ve been looking at it.”

    “WV activity.”

    “Fantastic, I’ll take 14.”

“This is kinda the (attainable) dream, though, isn’t it?”

“I need a tour… I’m not buying but I just need to see it in person.”

    “Well, that is West Virginia.”

“How is this in my hometown, and I don’t know about it?”

    “For $165,000, say less.”

    “The dream.”

“I’m not even mad! This is NICE.”

    “THAT’S a trailer home.”
