Public health officials have discovered the West Nile Virus in a mosquito sample collected in the Town of West Monroe. The Oswego County Health Department recommends people limit outside activity from dusk to dawn and wear protective clothing while outside to prevent mosquito bites. Residents are also advised to repair or replace window and door screens, clean swimming pools, dispose of old tires, pails, and flowerpots, and eliminate standing bodies of water on the property.

SU dome renovations continue with new state grant
