NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. — A proposal for a solar project off Route 403 in the village of Davisville is meeting some early opposition from local residents. The OK Too is tied up there now, and to the uninitiated in Wickford, that might not seem like much of a big deal, but it is. You see the OK Too’s moniker is a tip of the hat to the fine boat that preceded it on this mooring, the O.K. and that is a vessel that had a story to tell.
