Isolated storms Monday, getting hotter this week
WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Meteorologist Peyton Sanders says that isolated storms will be possible for parts of Kansas on Monday as temperatures get warmer for the week ahead. It will be a mild start to the day on Monday with morning low temperatures in the low to mid 60s. Afternoon highs will reach the mid 80s.

We remain in a pattern supportive of rain chances but not quite ready to do much about it. A few showers have hung around overnight especially south of Wichita, but most of Kansas remains dry. Temperatures today will remain much cooler than average, peaking in the low to middle 80s.
