Eastbound Dolphin Expressway to close overnight this weekend in Miami
The eastbound lanes of part of the Dolphin Expressway (State Road 836) will be closed overnight this weekend, and drivers will need to take alternate routes, officials said. MIAMI – State and local officials dealing with construction on State Road 836 warned drivers that the eastbound lanes are set to close Saturday night in Miami. The planned closure at Northwest 17 Avenue starts at 11 p.m., Saturday, from Little Havana to Overtown, and ends at 9 a.m., Sunday. The ramp at Northwest 12 Avenue will also close. The eastbound detour is at Southwest First Street.
Miami’s High-Rise Boom: Are New Buildings Ready for Hurricane-Force Winds
