Free haircuts and hotdog event coming to Painted Post

PAINTED POST, N.Y. ( WETM ) – Does your kid need a fresh haircut before school starts?

Fran’s Landing is hosting a “Haircuts & Hotdogs” event on Saturday, Aug. 24, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to provide free haircuts for kids in the area. The event will take place at the restaurant located at 996 Addison Road in Painted Post.

During the event, school kids of any age can show up to receive a free basic haircut from a licensed stylist in the area who will be donating their time to provide the free cuts. Haircuts are free to all kids regardless of what school district they go to or their family’s income.

In addition to free haircuts, the restaurant will also provide refreshments and hotdogs for the kids and their families when they attend.
