Roadwork coming up in Wyalusing

WYALUSING, Pa. ( WETM ) — People who live in Wyalusing might have to deal with some roadwork-related traffic over the next few weeks.

According to PennDOT, Route 6 between Dunkin/Sunoco and Subway be reduced to one lane while crews are working on a gas main project. Crews will be working between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. between Monday and Friday until the project is finished. Flaggers will be on-site to direct traffic during the lane reduction.

This project is expected to be completed by Sept. 6, but the weather could change this.

PennDOT is advising motorists to be alert, slow down, and be prepared for delays in traffic while driving through the work zone.
