Two illegal cannabis shops raided in Horseheads, Elmira Heights

ELMIRA HEIGHTS, N.Y. (WETM) – The New York State Office of Cannabis Management raided two unlicensed marijuana shops on Friday in Elmira Heights and Horseheads.

New York State Police helped execute a warrant at “Litties Peace of Mind” on 312 E 14th Street in downtown Elmira Heights. Police say the shop was shut down for selling illicit cannabis, including edibles and cannabis concentrates. A locksmith was called in to change the locks.

Around the same time, OCM agents and New York State Troopers shut down “Buds N Studs” in Horseheads, located at 3155A Lake Road across the street from the Ames Plaza. A locksmith was also called out to the location.
