MILLBURN, NJ – Town Hall Plaza opened on Tuesday, July 2, and residents experienced the township's new eating, drinking, music and entertainment summer destination. It’s located on a one-way street behind the town hall and will remain closed to motorists until September 2. On Wednesdays through Sundays between 4:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., patrons can enjoy dining in the space.
