Crossroads Cos., CrownPoint Group Break Ground on 90-Unit Development in Dover, New Jersey
DOVER, N.J. — A joint venture between Crossroads Cos. and CrownPoint Group Inc. has broken ground on a 90-unit development located at 80 East McFarlan St. in downtown Dover, 31 miles west of New York City. Columbia Bank provided construction financing for the project. Circle Squared Alternative Investments provided equity financing. L2i Construction is the general contractor, with Crossroads Companies serving as the project lead. Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners designed the community.
