    New Restaurant Under Construction Near Downtown Myrtle Beach

    A new restaurant is under construction near Downtown Myrtle Beach .

    According to The Sun News , the site, which is located across North Kings Highway from Fiesta Mexicana at 410 70th Ave North, is owned by local restaurateur Sam Lauren . Lauren, who also owns Soho Steak & Seafood, Clearwater Oyster Bar & Grill, and Toasty, confirmed the development but did not disclose the restaurant’s identity.

    Despite requests for comment, Lauren did not respond to What Now Charleston . Stay tuned for further updates as this project progresses.
