Owned by Brand Atlantic Real Estate and located in West Palm Beach ’s Clematis Waterfront District , Banyan & Olive is the future home of the first Florida location from Kyma , the Greek brand dubbed “NYC’s Best Greek Restaurant” by Gotham Magazine . The developer announced Friday that it has signed a lease with Kyma.

Kyma’s West Palm location will encompass 8,000 square feet across the ground floors of 111 Olive and 300 Banyan , says a press release, along with a 6,000-square-foot rooftop space. The two buildings constitute Brand Atlantic’s Banyan & Olive development, with 111 Olive representing “a brand-new renovation of a three-story, historic building by famed architect John Volk,” and 300 Banyan featuring six floors of office space.

“Kyma is my personal favorite restaurant in New York City, and I am just thrilled that Mike Angeliades placed his trust in us for his first location outside of New York,” Andrew Dance , Managing Partner at Brand Atlantic Real Estate Partners, said in the press release. “Bringing a world-class restaurant to Banyan & Olive fulfills a major goal for the development, but, more importantly, Kyma is a huge next step for the Clematis Waterfront culinary scene and a huge win for the residents and visitors of West Palm Beach.”

With several locations already operating in New York, Kyma is a “ traditional Greek taverna woven with the stylish island chic of Mykonos .”

“At Kyma our menu guides you to the sun-drenched islands of Greece, as we embrace the rich character of its traditional dishes,” says the brand’s website. “We adhere to a strict moral code using the highest quality extra virgin olive oil from the Peloponnese and fresh fish is flown in daily from the Mediterranean.”

Co-founders Mike Angeliades and Reno Christou were not immediately available for comment on the new location on Friday. What Now is awaiting more information on Kyma West Palm Beach’s menu.
