Nashville-Based American Restaurant BrickTop’s Is Headed to Delray Beach

Nashville -based American restaurant chain BrickTop’s is at work on a new location in Delray Beach . As a proposal goes before the Delray Beach Site Plan Review and Appearance Board today, the company contemplates a 2025 launch for the proposed location, according to recent coverage by the South Florida Business Journal .

“We’ve been working on it for more than two years,” BrickTop’s president Tom Brunnberg told What Now on Tuesday. “And we’ve made a lot of progress in the last six months.”

Brunnberg says BrickTop’s menus vary by location—a little more seafood by the sea, a little more steak in inland areas—but “the core of the menu will be similar.”.

The location will feature 4,420 square feet of space on the ground floorof a two-story commercial building, along with a 580-square-foot mezzanine for additional seating, the Business Journal coverage says.
