State Farm Stadium Announces Dozens of New Food Options

A little over a month away from the kick-off of the NFL season, State Farm Stadium , home of the Arizona Cardinals, has announced some significant changes to its food and drink lineup at 1 Cardinals Dr.

The stadium is about to get much tastier, as more than 50 new food items and vendors have been announced for the upcoming season. While there will be a handful of new foods to try, such as a cotton candy burrito and a “Dog-a-Dilla,” the stadium has partnered with several new brands to introduce new vendors, including Spinato’s Pizzeria, Amelia’s by EAT, Barrio Queen, Kaizen, and Scoopwell’s Dough Bar . Returning vendors include Cold Beer And Cheeseburgers, Honey Bears, Lolo’s Tacos, and Pork on a Fork.

These new and returning vendors will be operated by the stadium’s food and beverage operator, Craft Culinary Concepts . The operator surveyed various season-ticket members to see what the fans wanted and learned that they desired more variety in food options, more local presence, and, for some, more healthy choices. As a result, Craft Culinary Concepts is introducing several new food items at its concession stands, including a chicken and waffle sandwich, flaming hot Cheeto chicken tenders, a nutty Asian salad, vegan vegetable summer rolls, a cotton candy burrito, meatball hoagie on a stick, macho nachos, and a lot more. The first regular season home game at State Farm Stadium will take place Sunday, Sept. 15 , against the Los Angeles Rams.

“On the football side but also on the business side, we are innovating, and we are really focused on the fan experience,” Jeremy Walls , Cardinal’s Chief Operating Officer, said in a press release. “You will hear over the next several weeks about a lot of changes we are making to State Farm Stadium that will be exciting, but (Tuesday) is really about food. Our fans love your traditional fare, but they like variety because they come to the stadium a lot, and we are making sure we represent the Valley.”
