Carpenter Carpenter Hospitality plans to relocate its concept Little Em’s Oyster Bar — currently situated at 1001 S. Alamo Street — to 1024 S Alamo Street , where it will take over the former Up Scale space, another of the hospitality group’s eateries.

“The Carpenters intend to keep Little Em’s pricing the same, add a full cocktail menu, and paint the slate-blue building white, adding white oak flooring, accents of maritime blue and… touches of pink,” shares San Antonio Express News .

For readers who are unfamiliar with Carpenter Carpenter Hospitality, the restaurant group was founded by Houston and his wife Em Carpenter , and operates local restaurants such as Go Fish Wine Bar, Ninetwwn Hyaku, and Restaurant Claudine.

A reopening date for Little Em’s hasn’t been announced yet, so follow the eatery on Facebook for updates.
