Beetlejuice Beetlejuice arrives 36 years after the original Tim Burton movie made its debut. In addition to Ryder, Michael Keaton is back as the demented titular ghoul ready to wreak some more havoc on the Deetz family, which once again includes Catherine O'Hara as Lydia's mom and brings in Jenna Ortega as Lydia's daughter Astrid. Justin Theroux, Willem Dafoe and Monica Bellucci also star in the movie.

Ryder's breakout came after she starred in Beetlejuice and Heathers. While more people may be familiar with Beetlejuice and it was well reviewed, earning an 88% "Fresh" rating on Rotten Tomatoes, Heathers bested it with a very impressive 95% "Fresh" score.

True or False: The age gap between Ryder and Zachary Quinto, who played mother and son in 2009’s Star Trek, is 6 years.

This is true. Ryder was born in 1971, while Quinto was born in 1977. The reason for Ryder being cast when she was so close in age to Quinto is likely because she appears more in flashback scenes with a young Spock, so it would then be easier to use makeup to age her up then cast another actress.

True or False: Ryder and Keanu Reeves were married for real on the set of Dracula ?

This one deserves an asterisk, but according to Ryder it is true. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly promoting the movie Destination Wedding she starred in with Reeves, she talked about how Francis Ford Coppola was so detailed when working on Dracula that he had a real Romanian priest perform the wedding scene of Ryder and Reeves' characters. No paperwork was officially signed, but depending on how you view it, their marriage could have been legitimate in the eyes of the church. They are least have some fun with it, as the two apparently call each other "husband" and "wife" when texting .
