Full Scope is speaking out. Yesterday, the media was in a frenzy after "official documents" from Travis Kelce's PR firm, Full Scope, were leaked. These documents revealed the media plan for his and Taylor Swift's breakup. The plan had all the details, including the breakup date, when the announcement would be made, and direct quotes of what would be shared with the public.
"Travis and Taylor have decided to part ways after careful consideration. They both value and respect each other’s personal lives and appreciate your respect for privacy during this time. They are both committed to their careers and personal growth. They remain friends and wish each other the best.” https://twitter.com/TheGasStovee/status/1831108279386226698?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1831108279386226698%7Ctwgr%5E4dd59fd1a83b63668033b9cabe28b0576bd346b7%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.whiskeyriff.com%2F2024%2F09%2F03%2Fleaked-media-plan-says-travis-kelce-taylor-swift-will-announce-their-breakup-this-month-but-his-pr-company-says-its-fake%2F Full Scope quickly denied that the documents were authentic and noted that they were seeking legal action surrounding the false documents.
“These documents are entirely false and fabricated and were not created, issued or authorized by this agency. We have engaged our legal team to initiate proceedings against the individuals or entities responsible for the unlawful and injurious forgery of documents.” Since this news broke, many fans and pop culture followers have been unsure who is right and wrong. And, of course, the Swifties are crushed thinking about the possibility of Tayvis ending. But, according to Page Six , Full Scope has provided further information to prove that these documents were falsified. The PR firm told the media outlet that a die-hard fan made the documents for a school project. As the company's logo is readily available online, the creator of this media plan could have easily used it to create "official" letterhead. They also noted that words like "objective" used in the document are often used in a school setting rather than an industry setting. On top of this, the firm also noted that the documents were first spotted on Snapchat when a user shared, "This is on Emily's desk, rn lol." Full Scope noted they have not hired anyone by the name of Emily. https://twitter.com/itstommygabriel/status/1831313280201081233 Unfortunately for fans of the couple, I think the end of September, when the "split" is set to take place, is the only proof they are looking for to see if this media plan is valid or not. If this was a student, props to her for making such a detailed press plan. I hope she gets extra credit from her professor for how believable this has been.
