White Lake School 2024 graduation

The White Lake School celebrated the Class of 2024 at its graduation Saturday, May 25.

Students walked into the gym to the traditional “Pomp and Circumstance,” followed by school board members, school administration, and staff members.

Salutatorian Levi Lindemann and Valedictorian Morgan Jarmuz were presented by Principal Jeff Neufeld. Speeches were given by Jarmuz and senior class president Blake Lambert. The senior class voted to have history teacher Mr. James Duncan be their guest speaker for the ceremony.

The tradition of the heartwarming senior slideshow continued this year, followed by the presentation of flowers to senior parents, before school board members Carol Blawat, Amanda Hatch and Melissa Lambert presented diplomas to the graduates.

After closing remarks were offered by Mr. Neufeld, the graduates walked out to the tune of “Good Old Days” by Macklemore before greeting friends, family, and community members in the school commons. Teachers Rachel Houk and Julie Bauknecht served as the class advisors.
