Slideshow: Friday Night Football Week 1
Its Friday Night in Indy and its Football season. Yes, High School football is back. Tonight, I traveled to Beaver Stadium in Noblesville to see the Noblesville Millers take on Mt. Vernon. This was a 6a team taking on a 4a team to open the season and Noblesville showed why they are 6a. They wore Mt Vernon down as the game went on by running all night. Brody Gump (#5), Israel Oladipupo (#0), and Noah Shinkle (#26) all took turns running the ball down the field. Max Miller threw the ball when it was needed to extend the drive and even scored a running touchdown to lead Noblesville to a 43-24 victory.

Share and share alike became the motto of the Noblesville football team as it opened its season Friday night at Beaver Stadium. The Millers shared the ball effectively during their 43-24 victory over Mount Vernon. Five different players scored rushing touchdowns for Noblesville, which regrouped after a tough first two minutes of the game.
