Inclement weather is expected Wednesday night, and that could mean cancellations for the multiple firework shows happening around Greater Cincinnati. The National Weather Service's detailed forecast for Wednesday night indicates that showers and thunderstorms are likely, mainly before midnight, as well as a 60% chance of precipitation. Cincinnati may experience possible rainfall amounts between a half and three-quarters of an inch. The forecast also calls for wind at 5 to 9 mph before becoming calm after midnight.
Lead detected in water at Cincinnati health clinic that serves city's poor
Tap water from multiple locations inside Cincinnati's Bobbie Sterne Health Center in Over-the-Rhine contains lead at levels that are higher than acceptable limits.
