Arrest Made in Coffeyville Murder
A Neodesha man is arrested in a murder investigation in Coffeyville. 41-year-old Ryan J. McCullough has been taken into custody for the charge of murder in the second degree. On May 5th, McCullough was involved in an altercation with the victim, 63-year-old David L. Wintjen, who passed a few days later. After an investigation by the Coffeyville Police Department, a warrant was issued for McCulloughâs arrest.
