Thousands Still Without Power After Monday's Storm
Thousands of people in the Southern Tier are still without power after a storm came through the Binghamton area Monday night. According to the NYSEG website, as of 10:20 a.m. Tuesday, 1,481 people were still in the dark in Broome County. Chenango County is right behind with 1,454 people without power.
