A very nice and comfortable weekend ahead

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The weekend is off to a great start, with sunshine and highs climbing into the upper 80s. Dew points will be down into the upper 50s and low 60s over the next couple of days.

A cold front has pushed through, bringing cooler and more comfortable air to our region. Winds will be out of the north over the weekend at around 10 mph, keeping things cooler and drier.

This will help support comfortable conditions this weekend. Dew points will down into the pleasant category, reducing the humidity.

Sunday morning will bring some of the coolest air we have had in a while, as temperatures will start out in the low 60s. Some locations, especially across Southern Middle Tennessee, could start the morning off in the upper 50s.

If you have outdoor plans this weekend, the weather will be picture-perfect! The key thing you will need to do is protect yourself from the sun by applying multiple layers of sunscreen!
