AMES – The annual Cyclone victory day took place Friday night at Jack Trice Stadium.

Over 60 kids with disabilities got the chance of a lifetime to take the field with Iowa State players to run drills, tour the locker room, and of course become the star and score a touchdown.

Matt Campbell started this tradition when he was at Toledo, brought it to Ames and it has been a hit ever since. Campbell says the players and coaches enjpy the night just as much as the kids, maybe even more.

The Cyclones open up the regular season August 31st against North Dakota.
