Man who pulled gun in smoke shop, was shot multiple times by owner pleads guilty
The smoke shop owner told Wichita police Rayquwon Brazil tried to rob his store on Sept. 27. Brazil claimed he went there to confront the owner about a woman. A shootout sent both to the hospital.
WPD investigating after 23-year-old woman found dead in north Wichita
WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - The Wichita Police Department is investigating the death of a 23-year-old woman who was found dead Sunday morning in north Wichita. Wichita police say officers were dispatched to the 2600 block of North Grove around 9:20 a.m. Sunday to the report of an unresponsive woman lying on the ground.

Search continues for 3rd suspect in acid attack on Kansas teen
SEDGWICK COUNTY —Police continue the search for a 16-year-old Kansas girl accused in a violent attack on a Kansas teen. Just after noon May 26, police responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of N Dodge in Wichita, according to Wichita Police Captain Aaron Moses. The victim in this case, an 18-year-old girl later arrived at an area hospital with second degree burns to the face and neck believed to be caused by a suspect throwing an acidic liquid on her during a physical fight.
