Lee was the eighth overall pick in the 2022 MLB Draft out of Cal Poly and made his debut in Wichita in the final two games of the Wind Surge’s 2022 season.

Lee stayed at the Double-A level for most of last season and slashed .292/.365/.476 with 11 home runs and 61 RBIs in 87 games before moving up to Triple-A St. Paul in August. He was later named a 2023 Twins MiLB.com Organizational All-Star for his efforts.

The San Luis Obispo, California, native was selected as a participant in the 2024 MLB All-Star Futures Game, which will be played on July 16 at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.
