    Williams County grand jury returns indictments

    BRYAN — A Williams County grand jury has returned indictments against a number of persons, according to Prosecutor Katie Zartman's office.

    Among those indicted were:

    • Jewell Mayhew, 32, Edgerton, for two counts of aggravated burglary, each a first-degree felony.

    • Dustin VanAuken, 40, Stryker, for burglary, a second-degree felony; theft, a fifth-degree felony; and forgery, a fifth-degree felony.

    • Maurice Whyte, 31, Stryker (CCNO), for felonious assault, a second-degree felony; and vandalism, a fifth-degree felony.

    • Nathan Ekstrand, 38, Napoleon, for illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

    • Craig Koch, 51, Holgate, for illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony.

    • Alicia Sutton, 29, Wauseon, for three counts of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, each a third-degree felony; and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, each a fifth-degree felony.
