Colleton Co. braces for rising water after Tropical Storm Debby brings heavy rain
COLLETON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - Tropical Storm Debby is finally out of the Lowcountry but areas of Colleton County aren’t out of the woods quite yet. Ireland Creek continues to cause issues in the heart of Walterboro, the parking lot of the Foodland Supermarket is completely underwater as of Thursday evening.
