Coast Guard aids 82-year-old man on sailboat during Debby
CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The U.S. Coast Guard helped an 82-year-old man Tuesday who was stuck aboard a disabled sailboat. Charleston watchstanders heard about the man near Shipyard Creek just before 8 a.m. Tuesday and were notified the man’s sailboat was having engine problems and he was unable to raise the anchor by himself.
