Washington City Council Approve Grant Application For WCRF
The Washington City Council discussed a resolution approving an application to the Washington County Riverboat Foundation for the Central Park Restroom Project at their Tuesday meeting. The City is applying for a $100,000 grant from the Riverboat Foundation, and the application deadline for the grant cycle is September 15th. Other funding for the project is coming from a Community Betterment Grant, the Hotel-Motel Tax Committee and quarterly Riverboat funds. The Council approved the resolution to apply for the Riverboat Foundation Grant.
