Williamsport, Pa. — A Lock Haven man was busted attempting to exchange three eight-balls of cocaine for a gun with an undercover detective.

Stacy Fernelle Henry, 49, initially agreed to trade 25 grams of cocaine and 14 grams of methamphetamine for two guns on June 25, Lycoming County Detectives said. A confidential informant helped facilitate the deal between Henry and the detective, according to the complaint.

They allegedly agreed to meet at the Burger King on Maynard Street through the informant. Henry, also known as "Big," claimed to believe he was trading three eight-balls for one gun. The detective agreed to the deal.

Henry exchanged the substance for a Smith and Wesson Bodyguard 380, according to the investigator. He was immediately taken into custody.

Henry is being charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal attempt at possessing a firearm, and criminal use of a communication facility. He was arraigned this week at Judge Christian Frey’s office. According to sources, Henry elected to represent himself, refusing a public defender during the hearing.

Henry is being held at the Lycoming County Prison on $75,000 monetary bail. He is scheduled to appear for a formal arraignment at the beginning of August.
