Old Lycoming Township, Pa. — Our next estate sale is in Old Lycoming Township just outside the Grimesville area and just off of Princeton Avenue Extension and Fox Hollow Rd.
THIS IS AN AMAZING SALE! This sale will be held at a beautiful home at 24 Goldy Lane on July 18-20. We are amazed at the wonderful items Primitives, antique furniture and furnishings galore. You will not be disappointed you came to this sale. We will be open from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. on Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. on Friday, and 8:30 a.m. - noon on Saturday.
Directions
Travel from to the top of Mill Lane where the Princeton Avenue road intersects with Mill Lane. Turn left onto Princeton and follow it around to Grimesville Road. Turn Right on Grimesville Road and then turn Left onto Princeton Avenue Extension. Follow that road to Fox Hollow Road and then turn right on Fox Hollow Road. Proceed around the corner and past the Farmhouse and barn at the corner. You will see Goldy Lane on the left hand side of the road and it is marked with a brown sign with a white legend saying Goldy Ln. Proceed back Goldy Lane a short distance and you will come to a “Y” in the road. Turn off to the right and proceed up the hill to the sale site!
This sale will require some patience to get up to because it's located on a narrow farm lane. We are planning to have someone helping to direct people on the lane and to direct you on where to park once you are up on top. Shoppers may need to wait on traffic coming or going to the sale from the top of the hill where the sale will be held. However, once you are there, there will be ample parking for vehicles. We just ask that everybody be kind when traveling to and from the sale site to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time not only at the sale, but before and after traveling to the sale.

Just needs a little TLC and you can get this item restored to a showpiece! Another musical instrument we have is a beautiful black trumpet with case in very good to excellent condition!
