    Several people arrested on multiple drug charges

    The Williamston Police Department arrested several people within a few days time and charged them with several different drug charges along with other charges.

    On June 18, officers arrested Marcus Lamont Williams was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver schedule II and maintain vehicle or dwelling place to sell a controlled substance, Marcus Lamont Williams was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver schedule II, Marcus Lamont Williams was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver schedule II.

    Diamond Tyrees Thomas was charged with manufacture/sell/deliver/possession controlled substance within 1,000 ft of a school, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver marijuana and sell/deliver marijuana.

    Anthony Terence Beach was charged with possession of firearm by a convicted felon, carrying a concealed handgun, possession of up to ½ ounce of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

    On June 20, Jonathan E. Williams was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and then on June 23 Clafton Justin Williams was charged with driving while impaired, possession of schedule IV and possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana.

    Failure to appear was reported at 305 East Main St. in Williamston.
