Wilsonville High School Girls’ Varsity Golf Team Named Athletes of the Week for May 22

The Wilsonville High School girls’ varsity golf team has been named Athletes of the Week for the week of May 22nd.

Demonstrating exceptional skill and teamwork, the Wilsonville girls’ varsity golf team clinched the OSAA 5A State Girls Golf Championship at Trysting Tree Golf Club in Corvallis. The Lady Wildcats dominated the competition, shooting a remarkable two-day total of 680, surpassing Summit by an impressive 36 strokes.

Each member of the team delivered outstanding performances, with all five golfers finishing in the top twenty. The team was led by sophomore Evie Dunn, who secured an impressive fourth place. Close behind were sophomore Layla Sidhu in sixth place, Madeline Downie in tenth, Sophia Raschko in eleventh, and Malia Kaleikilo in eighteenth.
