A local business within the Perry community recently held a ribbon cutting to show off their facility. The Perry Chamber of Commerce was at Inside Out Wellness & Advocacy Friday to celebrate the organization’s new Children’s Crisis Stabilization Center and Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Perry.
