CROMWELL, Conn. (WTNH) — A 18-year-old Windsor Locks man was issued a summons after allegedly driving into the back of a parole officer’s vehicle and then taking off.

Tony Jerome Williams-King was charged with evading responsibility and for failure to drive at a reasonable distance apart, resulting in a motor vehicle accident.

State police said he was driving a 2008 Acura TI at about 3:50 p.m. Tuesday in heavy traffic when he rear ended the state Ford Taurus on Interstate 91 North near Exit 21 in Cromwell. He then drove off, and was later found at his home.

    Neither driver was injured.
