    Bradley expanding routes to Florida, Jamaica, and more

    WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (WWLP) – Some big expansions in flight options are coming to Bradley International Airport, with a new carrier arriving to Bradley, and a long-established carrier at the airport adding new daily flights.

    Cancellations and delays continue at Bradley International Airport

    Starting this November, Avelo Airlines will begin offering flights out of Bradley. This expansion will include five new domestic round-trip flights and two new international flights. Avelo will now fly from Bradley to Montego Bay, Jamaica, Cancun, Mexico, Houston, Texas, Charlotte and Wilmington, North Carolina, as well as Lakeland and Daytona Beach, Florida. The routes will operate twice a week.

    The new Avelo routes from Bradley will begin on the following dates:

    • Charlotte/Concord, NC (USA) – November 7
    • Wilmington, NC (ILM) – November 7
    • Houston, TX (HOU) – November 8
    • Daytona Beach, FL (DAB) – November 8
    • Orlando/Lakeland, FL (LAL) – November 8
    • Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ) – November 16
    • Cancun, Mexico (CUN) – November 20

    Also in November, Jet Blue will be adding one daily flight each to Orlando, West Palm Beach, Tampa, Fort Myers, and Fort Lauderdale.
