Developer would raze, replace housing near historic Wiedenbeck-Dobelin Warehouse
A proposal from Lafayette, Indiana-based Trinitas Development would demolish a pair of apartment buildings at 619 and 699 W. Mifflin St. and replace them with a 10-story, 239-unit apartment building, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. The new construction would be adjacent to the Wiedenbeck-Dobelin Warehouse, built over a century ago and also located at 619 W. Mifflin St.
