    Sonoma Coast’s iconic coastal clifftop hotel— Timber Cove Resort —is celebrating 10 years of of ownership under Michael Barry and Jens Von Gierke this August. To commemorate their tin anniversary , the property is teaming up with Flowers Vineyards & Winery to offer a week of exciting programming, activations and nightly chef’s dinners that are taking place from Tuesday, August 20th to Saturday, August 24th. The resort will invite guests, partners, and longtime friends to reminisce about the property’s storied history and why visitors from around the world return to the stunning seaside escape year after year.

    To honor this milestone, Timber Cove has curated a week of immersive experiences drawing on the area’s culinary history, natural beauty and dedicated wine culture. Guests can expect to partake in coastal foraging classes, guided hikes, treasure hunts, yoga, giveaways, live music and live culinary demonstrations with Chef Seadon Shouse. Timber Cove will also feature fireside chats with industry figures including Flowers Wine Educator, Jordan Crossley and the Von Gierke Family, wine tastings with Flowers Vineyards, and nightly dinners from Chef Seadon Shouse of Timber Cove’s Coast Kitchen and Chef Wilson McFarlin of Flowers.

    The celebration will culminate in an exclusive Grand Dinner featuring five unique courses conceptualized by Chef Seadon and Chef Wilson as they share their vision of Sonoma through cuisine.
