It's officially time to start celebrating the harvest! First, get yourself south to Valle de Guadalupe in Baja Mexico for a memorable meal set in the picturesque valley just about an hour south of the border. El Cielo Resort & Winery ’s “Wine Pairing Dinner Through the Vineyards” is set for Vendimia on August 23 rd from 7pm to 11pm. To celebrate the harvest season in Valle de Guadalupe, visitors can book a four-course wine pairing dinner by El Cielo’s Latitud 32 restaurant, which offers a Baja-Yucatan fusion menu and was recently featured in the inaugural Mexican Michelin Guide. In an area known for world class food, stops along the Valle de Guadalupe wine route continue to raise the bar of excellence.

El Cielo’s clay-rich land is gently and modestly irrigated with water from its own well. Currently 164 acres of El Cielo’s vines are certified organic, and the winery is working towards being 100% certified organic. With an incredible recent showing at the prestigeous Concours Mondial de Bruxelles , El Cielo brought home 12 awards, including the Mexico Revelation Trophy, two Grand Gold Medals, six Gold Medals and three Silver Medals.
