Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised of a lane restriction next week on Route 192 in Lewisburg Borough, Union County, for a utility project. On Tuesday, August 6, 2024, Lewisburg Area Sewer Authority will be raising the manhole cover on Route 192 at the intersection with Maclay Avenue. Suspect breaks into vacant home
Danville, Pa. — An unknown suspect broke into a vacant home in Derry Township and stole cash from a dresser drawer. Trp. Womelsdorf of state police at Milton says the burglary at the home on Degreen Road occurred between July 4 and 16. The homeowner told police he believes the suspect got in either through a locked cellar door or through a side window after removing the air conditioning unit. The suspect then took $15 from a dresser drawer. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Milton at 570-524-2662 and reference incident number PA24-936999.
