    BASEBALL
    New Trier 10, Mount Pointe (Phoenix) 9

    Declan Spinner hit a home home and Ben Toft and James Novakovic knocked in two runs apiece in the Trevians’ victory Wednesday, March 27, in Arizona.

    Aidan Nolan added a hit, two walks and three runs scored for New Trier.

    Highland Park 7, Kiel 5

    Shamar Wilson, Michael Pasquesi and David Finfer had two hits and an RBI apiece in the Giants’ victory on Wednesday, March 27, in Orlando.

    New Trier 9, Horizon (Arizona) 8

    The Trevians held on for the victory on Tuesday, March 26, in Scottsdale, Arizona.

    Highland Park 14, Dalton 5

    Ben Lichtenfeld recorded 2 hits and knocked in 4 runs in the Giants’ victory on Tuesday, March 26.

    Trent Harradine, Charlie Cohen and David Finfer pitched in 2 RBI apiece for Highland Park (7-2) in Orlando.

    Highland Park 7, Kiel 2

    Luke Weber struck out 13 batters in pitching a complete-game victory for the Giants on Tuesday, March 26, in Orlando.

    David Finfer, Michael Wiswald and Jake Berliant notched 2 RBI each for Highland Park.

    Notre Dame 3, Loyola 2

    The Ramblers fell to the Dons in extra innings on Tuesday, March 26, in Niles.

    Heritage (Colorado) 4, New Trier 3

    The Trevians coughed up a 3-0 lead in the Monday, March 25 matchup in the Club Baseball National Invitational in Arizona.

    SOFTBALL
    Niles West 14, Regina 1

    The Panthers dropped the nonconference matchup on Tuesday, March 27, at Laramie Park in Skokie.

    GIRLS SOCCER
    Loyola 4, De la Salle 0

    The Ramblers earned the conference win on Tuesday, March 26.

    Regina 5, Ida Crown 1

    Kate Ludden scored twice and Eve Nathuas had a goal and two assists for the Panthers on Monday, March 25.

    BOYS VOLLEYBALL
    Vernon Hills/Barrington Tournament

    Stef Kins had 15 digs and 3 aces in Loyola Academy’s 25-17, 25-19 victory to claim the tournament championship on Saturday, March 23. Kins was named the tournament’s MVP and Jack Lopez was named to the All-Tournament team for Loyola (7-0).

    Lopez had 20 kills and 2 blocks in the Ramblers’ 25-15, 25-23 win against Fremd in the semifinals.
