Young writers ‘electrify’ judges in Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative contest
Have you ever heard the story of “Super Electricity Boy” and how he saved the mayor?. If not, then you have not read the story written by Luke Gulick, 10, of Warrenton. Gulick was one of 25 children from around the region between the ages of 5 and 13 that answered the call from The Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative, or NOVEC, to create a story centered around electricity.
