WINTERVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — From Pitt County All-Stars to travel softball, Alina Prescott does it all.

Prescott was selected to play on the Pitt County All-Stars team while still playin for the NC Heartbreakers 2013 10U travel softball team. She plays catcher, first base and sometimes third.

Prescott’s father, Will, is the assistant coach for the All-Star team and he said watching her grow through the years that she’s played softball has been a fun ride.

“She’s one of those kids who will give you everything she’s got,” said Will Prescott.

Alina has high hopes for her future on the field. She is hoping to go to college at Oklahoma or UNC Chapel Hill to play softball.
