    Winterville hit-and-run remains unsolved, police seek help identifying suspect

    WINTERVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — Since May 29, the Winterville Police Department has been trying to determine the identity of a hit-and-run suspect. Officers found the victim, 32-year-old Marquez Outlaw, at 9:20 p.m. that night.

    He was located near Davenport Farm Road on Highway 11 South. The Winterville Police Department believes the accident could have taken place between 9:17 and 9:20 p.m.

    Any information regarding this crash should be reported to the Winterville Police Department at (252) 756-1105. Pitt-Greenville Crime Stoppers may also be contacted with information at (252) 758-7777.

    There is a reward for accurate information in regards to this investigation.
