YELLVILLE, Ark. — Considerable rainfall has led to flash flooding across the Natural State, with some of the heaviest reports coming from Marion County in north Arkansas. The Benton County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to a disturbance in the 34000 block of Highway 65, in rural Warsaw, Tuesday afternoon. The property owner and an employee said they were returning to the area after work, when they spotted a man trying to drive away in the employee’s truck.
