UPDATE, 4:10 P.M. – According to GSP, pacing along I-20 has been completed.

WJBF – Drivers are experiencing several delays due to work crews dropping a line over I-20.

According to Georgia State Patrol, troopers from GSP Post 25 Grovetown are working on an off-duty detail for Blue Line Scheduling and are pacing east and westbound traffic on I-20, which is allowing the work crew to drop a line over the interstate at the Walton Way Extension exit in Richmond County.

GSP states that this has caused several delays.

According to GSP, as of 3:29 P.M., one more line has to be dropped before the detail is complete.
